My Services & Fee's

As a BACP Accredited & Registered Counsellor I offer my sessions via; On line chat, Secure video chat, Email or Telephone, for individuals seeking to lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives. 

I offer short, mid, and long-term counselling to suit client need. 

Length of individual therapy differs according to the nature of the difficulties addressed. 

Short-Term Counselling is typically 6 sessions.

Mid-Term Counselling is typically 6-12 sessions.

Long-Term Counselling is typically over 12 sessions 

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and typically take place once a week. Sessions at a frequency of twice or three times per week are also offered upon request.

In addition, I offer discounted block bookings of; 

6 Sessions are discounted at approx. £32 per session; Total £192 (saving £36) (full amount paid in advance) 

12 Sessions are discounted at £29 per session; Total £348 (saving £108) (full amount paid in advance) 

Payment

Payment is easiest and simplest by bank transfer or PayPal made in advance of your session. 

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you first contact me I will let you know what time slots I have available. 

I can offer a range of morning, afternoon and evening sessions across the week. 

Even if I don’t have something suitable for you right away, I may have another space coming available in the next few weeks.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are normally scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

In order for me to run my practice efficiently and fairly, missed sessions and cancellations are chargeable unless at least one days notice is given before your appointment.
